Industrial Inspection Company (IIC) provides inspection, testing, and mechanical assembly services for manufacturers in the United States. Established in 1996, the company supports automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with engine programs, fluid systems, and powertrain assemblies. Services include emergency sorting and containment, dimensional inspection using CMM and Faro Arm equipment, leak and pressure testing, and ISO 16232 cleanliness testing conducted in a certified Class 6 cleanroom. Engine components and rotating assemblies are mechanically assembled and validated in-house using defined torque specifications, dimensional tolerances, and cleanliness requirements. IIC also serves aerospace, defense, heavy equipment, fluid handling, and energy industries with non-destructive testing (NDT), robotic hydro-deburring, SEM/EDS analysis, and ultrasonic parts washing.
