About Jason Raffin

About the Business

Jason has been passionate about cooking since childhood and began working in restaurants at the age of 14. After graduating from UMass Amherst with a BS in Restaurant Management as well as the Culinary Institute of America with an Associates in Culinary Arts, he staged at several acclaimed restaurants, then went on to co-open the popular Scotland Yard in San Fransico, CA. From there, he led the culinary teams at Finn Town Tavern and Comstock Saloon, where he expanded the food program and gained accolades for his innovative dishes, including Zagat's 30 Under 30 in 2016. He has been nominated as a Rising Star Chef San Francisco twice in 2018.
