JSM Custom Remodels

Families in Battery Park City need materials that forgive a busy life. JSM Custom Remodels leans into quartz and porcelain for kitchens, paints that wipe without flashing, and floors with finishes that hide little dings. We design a real drop zone—hooks at kid height, drawers for mail, a tray for keys—so the entry stops echoing with “Where are my…?” Lighting gets scenes that move from homework bright to dinner calm, and we tuck a charging drawer where everyone naturally stands. In baths, thermostatic valves make mornings predictable, and storage keeps toothpaste off the counter. The apartment feels grown-up but never precious, ready for Tuesday spaghetti or Saturday playdates.
