Lakeview Village

Lakeview Village is a visionary development transforming Mississauga's waterfront into a vibrant, sustainable community. Since the project's inception in October 2018, Lakeview Community Partners Limited (LCPL) has worked closely with the City of Mississauga, local organizations, and residents to create a master plan that enhances the environment, economy, and social well-being for both current and future residents. This collaborative effort led to the approval of the Master Plan by the City's Planning & Development Committee on November 8, 2021, and its adoption by the City Council on November 10, 2021. LCPL's commitment to creating a world-class coastal village began with the first phase of sales in partnership with Tridel in the fall of 2016. This development is turning the site of a former power plant into a dynamic mixed-use community, offering a blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
