Mr. Rabideau is admitted to practice in Florida Courts Statewide as well as The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and practices exclusively in the areas of Criminal Defense and Marchman Act / Substance Abuse Law. Mr. Rabideau currently has offices in West Palm Beach, Wellington and Boca Raton, Florida. For many years, Mr. Rabideau specialized solely in criminal defense but came to realize that a vast majority of his clients had substance abuse issues and oftentimes would find themselves in criminal court due to drug and/or alcohol abuse. Recognizing that unless the core issue was addressed, many clients would end up back in jail. Therefore, during plea negotiations, Mr. Rabideau would ask for treatment services with the hope of rehabilitation rather than incarceration.
