Next-Gen Buildings

At Next-Gen Buildings LLC, we’re proud to call Sullivan, Illinois home. As a locally owned and operated construction company, we know the values, traditions, and hard work that define this community. From the historic square to the farms that surround the town, Sullivan represents everything we believe in—family, trust, and building for the future. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to provide top-quality custom homes, barndominiums, pole barns, and design/build services right here in our hometown.
