PhoenixEase Crew

Smoke travels through shared walls, hallways and ventilation in a Santa Monica apartment or condo building, so one fire can affect a whole floor. PhoenixEase Crew sorts out how far it went. We check adjoining units, corridors and stairwells, then start smoke damage restoration and soot and ash removal wherever residue is found. Bedroom fire damage cleanup and kitchen fire cleanup are the most common jobs inside individual units. Odor removal and deodorization comes last, so neighbors are not left with a smell drifting through vents. Property managers, HOAs and owners near the Third Street Promenade and throughout Santa Monica can call us whatever the hour.
