Whether you have a very clear idea of the type of musician you’d like, or would like some guidance, we listen carefully to your ideas to make sure we’re clear on what you want to achieve. Discuss the nature of the event, location, audience, desired ambiance, special requirements, and budget. We can propose many different options to suit your requirements and budget, sending audio samples and repertoire lists to help aid your decision. We liaise between you and the musicians to finesse all the details of your event and ensure a smooth planning process. We reconfirm all details and exchange contact details approx 10 days before your event. We support our musicians & events 7 days per week so we’re always on hand to help.
