About Physical Therapy Mobile Clinic Mobile PT is a mobile and virtual physical therapy practice owned and operated by Rachelle Payne Baum, MSPT, and Dr. Kate Reinecke, DPT. They specialize in orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, injury prevention, and post-concussion physical therapy services. Rachelle and Kate have extensive training and experience working with youth and adult athletes as well as active adults.
