After his student attorney internship ended, Mr. Bishop accepted a law clerk position with the Baltimore County Public Defender’s Office – Felony Division, where he assisted their attorneys with trial preparation. After graduating from law school, Mr. Bishop honed his trial skills at The Baltimore County Public Defender’s Office before entering private practice. While with the Public Defenders office, Mr. Bishop recognized a trait that separated the best attorneys from the rest: The attorneys that were prepared AND willing to go to trial got the best results for their clients. Applying the knowledge he learned, Mr. Bishop went into private practice in early 2012. Mr. Bishop brought the same preparation and willingness to go to trial when he founded Saller & Bishop in September, 2012. Mr. Bishop grew Saller & Bishop into one of the area’s premier criminal defense & personal injury law firms before founding The Bishop Law Group.
