The Isaacs Group is a Tampa, Florida based vCISO and cybersecurity advisory firm founded in 2025 by Dr. Aaron Isaacs, CISO, and Dr. Tara Isaacs, CEO. We give organizations executive-level security leadership on a flexible basis, so they can manage risk and meet regulatory expectations without hiring a full-time CISO. Our services include vCISO advisory, risk assessments, policy and program development, incident response planning, third-party risk management, AI governance, and audit readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, GLBA, and NIST frameworks. We serve K-12 education, healthcare, government, criminal justice, and enterprise clients. For SOC 2, we partner with the CPA firm SKR to take clients from readiness through audit. Our team combines 25 years of cybersecurity experience with deep education leadership, so we translate technical risk into decisions boards and executives can act on.
