The Wooden Compass

The Wooden Compass is more than a home-buying and renovation company. We’re a team that believes the work we do should have a lasting impact—on the homes we transform, the people we serve, and communities far beyond our own. Founded in 2020 and backed by experience as licensed professionals since 2011, we specialize in purchasing homes for cash, making thoughtful repairs and transformations, and working alongside highly qualified real estate professionals. We also make modifications to existing homes to improve wheelchair mobility and accessibility. We are fully licensed and insured and approach every project with the same goal: Do quality work, treat people right, and build relationships based on trust.
