Since then, UG has gone from strength to strength, adding two further locations in Newhaven and Tunbridge Wells. We pride ourselves on a community where you can get fit while making friends at the same time. In 2019, we won ‘Best Independent Gym on the South Coast’ - and even though we've come this far, we want to get even better!
