Vamos Paella

Since 2011, we've specialized in paella catering, inspired by our years of living and traveling throughout Spain. Our philosophy is straightforward: we prepare fresh, flavorful dishes using locally sourced, ethically produced ingredients. We source free-range chickens from family-run butchers and obtain our seafood directly from our local coast. For authentic Spanish flavors, we rely on Brindisa in Borough Market, where we procure cured meats such as jamón, chorizo, salchichón, and lomo, as well as Manchego cheese, Calasparra rice, saffron, ñoras, pimentón dulce, and olive oil.
